Greeting Monotone is used for the author's name (with standard initial caps) as well as the book's title (in all caps, except for a lowercase h in “ThE”. The placement of the letter seems to have been modified to create an interlocking effect).
ITC Novarese is used in all-lowercase letters from its Book weight for “a novel by”.
The author's name is written in black on the hardcover, and in white on the paperback version.
